Homework Mon 9/17

Todays homework is pg.24, #1, pg. 28, #3 and 4. For an extra challenge, pg. 30, #2. We completed the first assessment today over Unit 1, Lesson 1. For classwork, we then produced histograms with the TI-84 calculators, which allowed us to quickly describe and compare various data sets of car ratings.

Skewed Left (data stretches to the left)

Symmetric distribution (both halves have same size and shape, through a line of symmetry)

This graph is approximately symmetric with some small variation from left to right halves.
